I have to say, constantly walking and being in a place with many beautiful sites really makes a difference in our relationship with people-especially our spouses. In my case, my husband and I have been much more understanding, patient and have been more in tune with each other. It's not perfect because nothing ever is but it has made me think about the importance of giving each other space to think and to find opportunities to do things that involves physical and spiritual challenges.
